Shockwave is Evolving, Take A Look

More philanthropists are turning their attention to climate resilience, and while funding has doubled since 2021, it still represents less than 10% of total climate philanthropy. After years of backing early-stage, locally led work, we have a point of view worth sharing.

The organizations doing the most important work in climate resilience are rarely the ones with the loudest megaphones. They're operating in highly specific contexts, taking on complex systems, and building something that actually lasts. Shockwave exists to back that kind of work early, when capital and visibility are still scarce, and to help strong ideas move from promising to durable.
